We have operated a combined commercial and purebred herd of Charolais, Hereford and Red Angus cattle for over 35 years. Our feed is home grown and processed on the farm and consists of hay, corn silage, barley and mixed grain. Our goal is to produce consistent, a high quality beef product that yields satisfaction in every aspect within the industry. Our beef is aged at 34 - 36 degrees F for two weeks prior to packaging and is done at local provincially and federally inspected abattoirs. This aging process, common a generation ago, enhances the tenderness and allows for the full beef flavor to develop. All meat is sold cut, wrapped and frozen, and is hormone free.
